anyone know what car has the same auto trans as the 7afe and would have different final drive gears for better accelaration?? my friend just got some off a dodge stratus r/t for his eclipse, iam wondering if the corolla gears would do anything??

What year is the 7AFE from, I think the auto in the Corolla was a 3 speed, at least that is what Motortrend states for a 1996 Corolla. Never mind that's for the 1.6 litre.
