anyone know what car has the same auto trans as the 7afe and would have different final drive gears for better accelaration?? my friend just got some off a dodge stratus r/t for his eclipse, iam wondering if the corolla gears would do anything??

Really you're not going to get a better gear ratio for acceleration with an auto and I believe the Corolla is you're only option. Besides your ratio is made to come close to the manual because of the lack of a fifth gear, that would explain why the ST auto tops out at around 125mph and so does the GT manual. You could opt for a custom gear set but that's pretty expensive.
