 removing mudflaps |

i'm gonna remove my mudflaps, but i'm kinda scared that rocks / sh*t will shoot up and chip the car, anyone with their mudflaps removed have this problem? or is it not that big of a deal?

never had mudflaps, wish i did tho, bottom side of the car gets pretty dirty, especially here in florida with all the construction
