Yeah, that price is insanely high. I had my coilovers installed by a shop for $100 after we tried to do it but couldn't figure out how to get the sleeve over the collar. I did install my springs and struts though. If you're up for it, just do it yourself. It's really not very hard at all, and John wrote up an excellent how-to about the installation.
