The shocks do come with some sort of instruction but as we know the install may involve welding and what not. I dont want to give it to my mechanic and sketch him out telling him this without directions. Is there a specific writeup on how to do this on the celica?

maybe the koni site is wrong or maybe they are both inserts, I don't have them on my car so I don't know for sure, but when I was going to buy a set I read the instructions on the install and it said to cut the top off the rear housing and empty them out, then bolt the new koni inserts in.
