i dont think you can. I know of no way to track specific engines unless they are special race/exotic engines. The vin number keeps track of your specific car, not the engine. Even if you did know exactly where the engine went, it might be impossile for the place to know where your specific engine is, since many times they strip the engine and sell it indivudual parts.
