Ok so I decided to do my 3sgte swap myself, me question is I want to get an extra engine harness from a 95 st or 95 gt and get the harness done so I can still drive my car while I get everything ready. Anyway my question is does it matter if I get the same year and model harness? I have a 95 st so if I get a gt harness will it make a huge difference?

umm if you have an st then get an st harness. buying a gt harness will get you nowhere. you wont even be driving anywhere let alone plugging your harness into it.
so to answer your question. buy a 94-95 ecu. if all else just get any st ecu. -------------------- ![]() |

OK uhmmm, an st ecu will get me no where I don't want an ecu I have 2 of them. And for one they will not work with a 3sgte. I have a front clip. I want an extra harness so I can take the extra one and the 3s harness and get the harness made for the swap, and I can drive my car while it gets done. And I dont want a standalone, when the 3s ecu will work perfectly fine. |
