I was trying to take off my front bumper the other day and I got the top screws off and I think all of the bottoms screws off but the bumper was still not coming off. What do I have to do?

Close but no cigar..... actually.... not close at all. I was taking off my bumper because I was putting in a new headlight assembly because mine is messed up from somone backing into my car in a parking lot. But the person that was selling it to me is selling his car and is selling it with its original headlights. -------------------- |
