who here has cleaned there keyboards?

I spilt juice in my keyboard a couple nights ago.. and i took it part to clean it.

Now all my keys are harder to push. I tried to oil all the keys with this grease less oil for locks. But that didn't help.

anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

the keys are much harder to push, and if you dont push them straight now they will not move.. eerrrrrrr
