Ok this is possible because when my father was looking into buying his vette he was checking out a few z06's that came stock with titanium built exhaust, but in the end he opted for a c5.
Now why would I want this? Because Titanium is light as hell, strong, and doesn't rust or corrode. Only prob is I have checked everywhere in my area in Louisiana and nobody can get it, and noone is set up to weld it. Where can I get titanium piping, and where is a place that can set up a full titanium piping exhaust system? I am seriously looking into this as soon as my rims, springs, and struts are in. |

if I remember right you can mandrel bend titaniaum either so thats alot of cuts and welds - just go to the local exhaust shop and have them bend some pipe for you - you can get 7ft of steel for around 20 bucks - have them bend it and then get it powdercoated before mounting it - they have a really cool hi temp powder that looks just like stianless- you could do the whole project for around 200bucks and thats 3 inch for turbos and 2.5 for N/A's from the down pipe back
