well, i really need a camcorder and i don't know what to get. can you guys suggest a couple brands that are good? reason being is that my son is on his way into the world and i want to capture every moment that i can. im looking to prabably spend bout 5-6 hunderd dollars when its all said and done. oh yeah i might be looking for a dvd burnner also so i can put all the videos i take on dvd so any input on that would be nice also. well thanks for looking and any help is apreciated!!

thanks for the replys!! i'll look into a sony product so i will rest assure on product quality and being able to save my videos have piece of mind. can anyone tell me the difference between the sony DCR-HC32 and the DCR-HC21??

the HC32 has a memory stick duo slot, and comes with a docking station to connect to your computer. the video quality is the same.
