 in dash dvd.. disableing...... help plz, how to disable cant watvh while driving? |

i just installed an in dash dvd (professionally)..
but the guy who installed it said that its illeagle for them to NOT install the safty feature ... the one where you cant watch dvds while driving... so... i was wondering if any of you guys knew how to disable the feature.. i know it has to do something about grounding a wire out.,.. but how? any help would be great.. and thanks!! |

i have the alpine iva-d901 (quite possibly THE best in dash dvd player there is
 )but neways... yeah... there is a green wire right under my e-brake.. so all i need to do is geound that wire and ill be good to go?.. ill just ground it to the cigarete lighter if thats the case... edit - when im parked and put the e brake down -- it works , but once i pull it up.. it dosnt.. i think the green wire is the ground This post has been edited by audioOutput: May 4, 2005 - 1:25 AM |
