Is this a good deal? Im trying to get my 7afte all built this month. This auction ends in an hour. Should I? shouldnt I?

Na I didnt get it couldnt make up my mind I really only wanted the turbo and wastegate the turbo timer, BOV, fuel pressure regulater I wasnt really interested in those ones. But it was a good deal If the turbo was in good shape. The guy selling didnt seem like he knew to much about it made me a little nervous.
