with a T3 50 trim .48 a/r w/internal wastegate
running a daily 1-2 psi and a "race" of 10-15psi
with an intercooler with dimensions of
24.5" x 12" x 3" controlled by a Profec E-01
(oh and i'm using a honda b16 Turbo manifold for the interest sake)

#1 can i do the 10-15psi range without issues?
#2 is it better to run external or internal wastegate with this setup, whats the difference
#3 is this intercooler sufficient enough to run the boost i'm using as the intercooler will be located in my fender as a SMIC
#4 the E-01 should be the only "controller" i'll need to run my system?
cause i will need to have the ability to switch boost levels on the fly, along with the needed engine control

thanks

man i didnt even see this thread well back from the dead to straigthen a few things out

ok 1st the B-series manifold lines up 95% with a 4ag flange i dont know how close it is to 7afe flange probably 90% but you can cut and weld extension on the 7afe flange to meet better with the manifold piping.

I also agree with the external wastegate and thats the route im taking on my 7agte

boost psi settings i would do 7-8 daily and 14psi + on the weekend with tuning

the greddy Profec e-01 and emange together is a really nice piggyback setup
also my greddy stuff is foe sale on ebay both units $500 thats a really good deal should check out it only has 2 days left

and last intercooler is fine

--------------------
yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
