What performance mods will it take me in my 96 5spd celica st to beat my brother's 2004 40th aniversary 4spd automatic v6 mustang. He has 190 HP SAE @ 5,250 rpm; 220 ft lb , 298 Nm @ 2,750 rpm, and has a curv weight of 3,114 lbs. I know it'll take a good ammount from the tuning aspect, but is there ne way around the turbo? Or to be faster than him I'll need to get a T-3 or ct-26? Thanks guys

why exactly would it be in general? I'm not saying you're wrong, but this is a engine and performance question. I am pretty sure i'm in the right place.
