how much gains would i expect from a p&p if any1 did that to their 5sfe?...i was told that it would probably get 10-15hp....but after the fact, would i also need to adjust the valves seeing that engine work was done?

Through DPR it determines the stage you choose, they do GE heads so they shouldn't have a problem with FE, I know they're different but most heads have similar design regardless if it's a VTEC head, Vortec head, or a push rod, flat top design. Simply all heads have intake, exhaust and some way to open both so call DPR and ask what they will charge for a stage xx job on an FE head.
