So you guys probably know I went through 3 invader bumpers already. Given the fact that I do all the work myself I can;t figure out how to fit the damn thing right.

#1 2002 version
gaps on all headlights (but perfect fit with hood and fenders)

#2 2004 version
same thing, however bumper looked tilted towards engine

#3 2005 version
gap on 1 hi beam and entire bumper is shifted 1/4 inches to left.. cause could not fit it otherwise.

Now haven seen all of your cars and really cracking down on my problem I have noticed that the reason why my stuff wont line up is because the part where bumper meets fender is too long. Meaning if i was to cut 1 inch off of both sides my bumper would look phenomenal and right where it has to be. Did you guys suffer through same problem?

PS
I know that it requires "professional installation"
PSS
I know that most bodykits dont fit without mods
PSSS
i have looked all over forums and internet and still no answer.

Help would be appreciated

well i saw the ebay bumper before you posted, , then i drove to maaco where i got an estimate.. for my own sake (because i am very busy) then as he was telling me what he needs to do to my celi I had an epiphany: All i have to do is to move my lights out.. and not the other way around (where you move bumper in)

Think about it:
#1 remove my bumper and fenders (they are molded together because I wanted to see what it would look like)
#2 create a jig/bracket that would hold my headlights right where I need them-forward 1 inch here, 1 inch there etc.
#3 redrill all my holes on fenders to make them sit right and drill the top thing of bumper where it meets the bracket so that bumper and hood line up.
#4 voila it is done.

See every day you learn something new.

Pic of planned project is in my profile.

Also:

I managed to fit 225/45/18 michelin tires on my rims and have them on front. I am getting rears soon. it rubs only during turns (I am taking care of that by removing back side of plastic cover and mounting something in its place 1 inch back.
