Hey

I have put a breather on the celica when I bought my intake I put it on the valve cover where it runs to the throttle body. I was told by a few friends that it is illegal even if it is doing the same thing as a hose. Supposedly it is a 150 dollar fine.

Can anybody straighten me out?
I was think of just asking a cop I know.
