Ahh I LOVE BBQ's!
Well as far as the meat goes, the leaner it is the less fat and the better it cooks, usually fattier beef will burn which is gross, unless u enjoy the tasts of charcoal. If you are going to be using the grills there you're going to need charcoal and some matches... and you should let it burn before you start cooking on the grill, and bring a bbq scraper cause you'll want to clean it off. this makes me want to have a BBQ, who wants to have a Poughkeepsie meet
