Im not really superstitious or anything but for the last 3 days in a row my call center I work @ has received exactly 666 calls lol. Kinda scary
 so is anyone superstitious??? --------------------  |

All call centers keep track of that stuff, I would hope! Where I work this computer lists all of the operators names & shows who is logged on to their phone & who is logged off....& it shows how many calls each person has taken & a grand total of all the calls combined for the day. And if theres customers on hold waiting then it shows that too
