 Wiring something to my exhaust |

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to the best place to drill a hole to get a wire from my exhaust cutout which is right behind my header, up though the car and to my center console
 i'm scared to go through fireproofing material and whatnot..

What exactly are you trying to do?
