 Tiny fuel leak, coupler in the fuel line leaking slowly |

I finaly located the leak, to my relief it wasn't the tank that was rotted out. It's a small coupler in the rear section of the fuel line (that goes from the center up and around the gas tank). Is there a easy/cheap way that i could stop that leak? How do you detach those couplers?

if i understand well, those plastic couplers just screw together?
