Just got a quote for some maintenance items:
Replace Cap and Rotor Replace Fuel Filter Remove and Clean EGR Valve/vacuum hoses Replace valve cover gasket Add 1/2 pound freon $390 your thoughts? Any other imminent wear items to be replaced? Recently 15k miles ago: Replaced plugs Timing belts All fluids flushed and replaced (tranny, diff, power steer, and coolant) -------------------- ST204

the price also depends on where you are located, prices in the California will be more then compared to other places in the USA. most of the stuff on the list i would do myself because it fairly easy to do.. ( cap and rotor, fuel filter) i would hold on changing the valve cover gasket untill there is a noticeable leak. (if it aint broken dont fix-it?) The only thing expencive on your list is the freon. |
