after i've installed some teins & kybs....after like couple weeks of driving....the driver front strut started to sound weird.....the tech that installed my combo said my drive side strut bearings are shot....would that be the problem?...if changing them..would it make that awful yet paranoid sound go away?

is the bearing that round piece near the top that you are suppose to grease when installing?

Yes, it's the piece that's sandwiched between the top mount.
