Can some of you more experienced guys(and girls biggrin.gif ) help out a newbie and give me a rundown on mods i could do my self for increased performance (my Pop's a mechanical engineer so they can be pretty complex, just i need them cheap). P.S. I am on a very tight budget, so can we keep it under $150? Thanks

If I only had $1000 to spend on a stock 6gc, I would buy:

Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars ($250)
Tein Springs ($125)
Used 17" wheels + Firm, sticky 215/45/17 tires ($625)

Not fast, but fun around the corners and on the on-ramps.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
