Has anyone ever replaced the head unit in a '96-'02 Toyota 4Runner? I want to surprise my friend and steal her car(with her parents' permission) and install a CD player for her, so does anyone know if it's hard?

Nevermind...I missed Pali's last PM. I also posted here and got a lot of help. Now I'm ready for the install.
