So I rode in a turbo'd civic si running 11pounds of boost, very quick and nice car. Rode in a stock evo VIII, a modded evo VIII with about 330 hp, and a stock gti 1.8t. All very nice rides.
Also watched a supra with 650 hp race a srt4 with 450 hp, the guy in the is a good driver and last week he ran a 6.7 115 1/8 mile. The supra won both time but the srt4 hung right in and didn't lose by much. Man I need my 3sgte! |

QUOTE(Jeremy1210 @ Jun 7, 2005 - 9:41 AM) I wonder what its like in a 9 second car. thats gotta be haulin some Ass.. anyone been in one? scary and fun all in one four wheeled package my WRX puts distance on a stock WRX almost as though they are not moving, especially in the upper rpms and 3rd, 4th, and 5th my car now feels slow to me, and pretty much every other car on the road is slow/very slow. partly because of some of the other cars i have gotten rides in or even driven, but mostly because i drive it nearly every day. its not until i get in my mazda that i realize how much and for how long i have to gas the car to get up to speed. my 2 cents making a 18 second car into a 17 second car is easy, very easy making a 14 second car into a 13 second car starts getting hard making a 13 second car into a 12 second car is hard the faster the car is, the more power it takes to shave the same amount of time off the 1/4 time. my car makes a lot more power than a stock WRX, to make my car into a 12 second car, its gonna take me thousands of $, i could do it for under $1k, but my plans are bigger than 12's -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
