 Hard Steering, steering hard compared to my corolla |

Is our celica's steering supose to be harder than ordinary cars or am i having a power steering pump problem?
I find the steering is much much harder in my celica than in my corolla. Fluids are within acceptable levels and i have no belt squeek. Should i flush and fill? any help would be apreciated  Thanks -------------------- ----------------------6GC's FIRST V6----------------------

has anyone tried removing the power steering and driving without it...i know if u drive with powersteering off but the power steering attached its really hard to turn but what is it like without the entire assembly
