are undercar neons rice Options

just wonder what you all thougth...I had them on my celica, but then sold the celica...I think on a complete show car neons are sweet, but other then that soooo rice...unless there on a supra or rx7 or something that can hold its own....btw i didn't know if this was an exterior topic or electrical topic post...mods can put it where it needs to be

cause my AEM intake does make some power
and my exhaust is making power
and since i noticed my kit made my car look more unique and different then everyone else?

so if making 15 more hp then i started is rice then how bout
when i bolt on my custom turbo kit and make
115+ more hp will that be rice?
