 rims & tires, what sizes do I need? |

I want to get some rims, but I don't know anything about the different sizes in rims & tires, like what will fit on my celica. From what I've read, I think I want 17's, because if I understand right, if I try to lower the car, 18's will cause problems for me. I don't know anything about tire sizes, like what the 3 numbers stand for, so what would I need? And as far as brands go for the tires, is one brand better than another?

dayzd in 17 ur lookin at a 205/40-17 in an 18 ur lookin at a 225/35 or 215/35-18 toyo proxes are good.... uhhh yokohama paradas r good......im running pirelli's on my 20's now and they r sick......
