I recently took off a cheap ebay dash kit that left behind adhesive all over the dashboard, window control panels, A/C vents etc. and i cant seem to find a good way to get it off. Goo gone didnt work, fingernail polish remover didnt work, rubbing alcohol didnt work, was gonna try denatured alcohol but didnt wanna risk the possible paint damage and depigmantizing of other areas around it, so does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this safely?

Not sure if it will work...BUT, you can try putting a bag of ice on it and freezing it and then scraping it off. Again, I'm not sure if it will work or how long it would take to freeze it, but it's a theory based on the gum-in-the-hair remedy. Good luck!
