So im sitting at my desk and some guy is going over to the coffee stand across the street so i gave him my order then i said "oh dont forget the whip cream. thats the most important part" and this guy walks in rihgt on that part and goes "whoa i walked in on the wrong part of a convo" so im sitting here blushing with nothing to say at all!!

but anyways there was some study done at the University of Washington lately saying a bit of sexual harassment promotes happiness in the work place..i think this is true..its the ugly women who are jealous of the hot girls getting hit on that complain!!! :-P

sexual harassment laws are SOOO broad, and because of that, so situational... I've had jobs where sexual tension is funny, because both parties can correctly read the situation, and i've also seen the ugly side, unfortunatley... When someone gets uncomfortable, it needs to stop, thats how I look at it. If your a right wing priss, thats the "harasser's" job to pick up on, so to save the trouble... You can be conservative as F*ck, but you still have YOUR beliefs, and nobody should be able to deny that... That said, I remember in HS gender studies class there was a topic about this guy who worked on an oil rig and how his co-workers continually harassed him about his body, slapped his ass, grabbed his crotch, said lude things, ect.... He sued for sexual harassement, and the defendands all claimed that it couldent be sexual harassment, because they were all straight, so there was nothing sexual about their harassment... i remember saying to the class somthing along the lines of "thats the stupidest thing ever, its like me, after touching some girls tits, thats too bad your offended, im gay, so deal with it"... thank god the defendants lost, because sexual harassment, along with sexuality related issues, are always just PRECIEVED by the people outside of the situation- if your offened, your offened, PERIOD... yeah there are way conservative people who cant handle sexual related issues, but put yourself in their shoes... Would you like a crusty mofo all up on your sh*t? its only YOU who is grossed out....
