 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?

only when driving fast or while braking? if its while braking u need new rotors but idkk about high speeds
