 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?
Alighment? Balance (wheels)? -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>

its a balance problem in the wheels, take em to discout tire or something and it will fix the problem.
I had that problem with my old wheels, though it might be blown shocks (because that can cause the wheel to shake as well, but it was a balance issue only) --------------------  |
