 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?
Alighment? Balance (wheels)? -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>

i got the same problem, but my tires are perfectly balanced. I did them my self on a snap-on ballance machine, so any one know what might be the problem? i also have a little play in one of my tie rod ends, but i dont think it would cause that much vibration.
