 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?

Like I said I am gonna be changing my tires next week, if the vibration stops I will tell. My winter tires are in perfect shape, the dude who owned the car got them in the begining of this winter.
