Everyday I tell myself I want to start working out. But I never do! I always come home from work & get online or watch TV...& spend the rest of my evening doing nothing! Ya...no good! So here is what I was thinking...if your like me & need motivation to work out, maybe we can motivate each other. Whether you like to run, or walk etc. Lets keep track of it & see who can get the most mileage

It would start today & everyone starts with ZERO miles. You look pretty good in your pics so I wouldn't waste time on aerobics, if you want to get definition, I concentrate on weight lifting to define your abs, arms and legs.
this will build muscle that help you burn fat even when you sit on you bum for the rest of the day, plus your session can be as small as 20 mins twice a week vs aerobics ever day for 30 mins + Don't worry you wont get huge, thats a myth.
