Everyday I tell myself I want to start working out. But I never do! I always come home from work & get online or watch TV...& spend the rest of my evening doing nothing! Ya...no good! So here is what I was thinking...if your like me & need motivation to work out, maybe we can motivate each other. Whether you like to run, or walk etc. Lets keep track of it & see who can get the most mileage
![]() walk 1 mile = 1 mile (duh) run 1 mile = 1 mile (duh) bike 1 mile = 1/4 mile swim 1 mile = 4 miles Rollerblade 1 mile = 1/2 mile So who wants in on this? Come on I need motivation! It would start today & everyone starts with ZERO miles. I go to the gym 3 times a week, and keep my calorie intake around 800-1000 daily. For those who think that's unhealthy, there are a lot of healthy foods that have very low calories.. and celery has negative calories.
