hi, i am the guy who is selling this stuff . Yes the safc comes with everything. . the scracthes are not bad most r minor, and not really noticable. but there is some that u can see. however it does what it is supposed to do and the scracthes doesnt effect the visiblilty of the screen. . No it doesnt come with the mounting base, but you can get one on ebay for approx 20 bucks or cheaper. YEs i can ship to canada wihtout a problem
Now for the btm i dindt realize that they sold that cheap on summit . so i can let it go for 130obo shipped. thanks guys .
