 Fiberglass Hood -v.s.- CF Hood |

OK, so I was telling one of my co-workers about how I wanted to get a CF Hood for the weight reduction benefits, not for the look. He suggested that I check into getting a fiberglass hood, instead, since they are much cheaper. So my questions are: Do they even make these for our cars? What's the difference between carbon fiber and fiberglass? Any input would be appreciated.

You can get them custom... I got quoted about 500 for an all fiberglass model.
However, I'm still leaning towards importing the varis. -------------------- If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.
