I'm just curious as to whether or not anyone here has cut their springs.
My car was lower in the rear than the front, so I did some research on Honda-Tech and found that several people successfully cut their Eibach springs with no negative results. So last night I tore out my front Eibach Sportlines and today I cut off one coil from each with a Sawzall. I put them back in and have been driving the car all night, and the ride is very close to the same. The handling actually seems better, but I attribute that to cutting my bumpstops in half, which I also did while everything was apart. And now the car looks a better. ![]() I'll take pics when I get home and can grab my camera. I'm out of town at my friend's apartment right now. But yeah, if anyone else has cut their springs on a sixth gen. Celica, how was your experience with cut springs? -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
