Sounds like he has the key req. for the task. best of luck if he tries it. anyway I think that the gt and gt-4 have the same chassy just somewhat diff, (drive shaft holes and some mounts) I dont think that it would be to hard, but AWD is (in my opinion) far better and probibly much easyer to convert too.
