cop troubles, help Options

ok well i just got back from florida for my vacation.

on the way there my friend in the back asked me to throw away a can, i was in the passenger seat. i thew it away (outside). bout 1/2 an hour later we see an undercover cop on the side...it came out after us. then we see an SUV k9 unit and 2 other cop cars. they pulled us over, told the driver to get out of the car. then a cop came up to me asked me where the alcohol was....i said there was none. then he asked me y i threw a can out the window. i said i didnt, he said he has a witness that called out tags in about littering... i told them i didnt do it. so basically he gave the driver a ticket for 85 in 70 and me a littering ticket. but the son of a biatch cop said i cant prepay and i gotta go back to georgia on Aug 17. im gonna be outta the country then.

so im gonna call them and ask if i can prepay, cause im not goin back down to gorgia.

any suggestions?

I cant believe someone called your tags in...wow...Isn't it against the law in some states to talk on ur cell phone while driving? Whoever called it in could have been breaking the law too There needs to be a bumper sticker made saying something like "call my tags in & you will have bad sex for 10 years" no one wants to have bad sex haha...

The thing that pisses me off the most is when smokers throw their "butts" out the window & it sparks all over the ground. I hate when they do that! They not only blow smoke in our face but they throw their butts @ our cars too...grrrr

Sorry...back on topic though... I agree w/ Super, read ur ticket! I cant imagine having to go to court for that either. How retarded...
