cop troubles, help Options

ok well i just got back from florida for my vacation.

on the way there my friend in the back asked me to throw away a can, i was in the passenger seat. i thew it away (outside). bout 1/2 an hour later we see an undercover cop on the side...it came out after us. then we see an SUV k9 unit and 2 other cop cars. they pulled us over, told the driver to get out of the car. then a cop came up to me asked me where the alcohol was....i said there was none. then he asked me y i threw a can out the window. i said i didnt, he said he has a witness that called out tags in about littering... i told them i didnt do it. so basically he gave the driver a ticket for 85 in 70 and me a littering ticket. but the son of a biatch cop said i cant prepay and i gotta go back to georgia on Aug 17. im gonna be outta the country then.

so im gonna call them and ask if i can prepay, cause im not goin back down to gorgia.

any suggestions?

If you think calling is bad, you should see my dad. He caries a gun in the car for people who litter. He's followed people to there houses when he's seen them throw stuff out the window. This is no joke, my dad is kinda crazy. People, please don't litter. One day, someone like my dad will see you.

EDIT: Just to clear things up, to my knowledge, Dad has never shot someone. He threatens though.
EDIT 2: You deserved the ticket, and any trouble that comes with it.

In all honest you pwnt yourself. Which is worse... littering and making someone clean it up or psychos running around with guns threatening people?

Someone running around with a gun threatening people is worse. I didn't say it was right, I was just pointing out the fact that he does it. It's not all the time, most people out my road know better.
