 Will a 100 watt amp be enough for 4 speakers? |

I have a Sony Xplod HU, Pioneer 3-ways in the doors, and stocks in the back. I'm definatly going to replace the rears before I amplify anything. So lets assume I have 4 pioneers 3 ways. Would a 100 watt amp be alright? I don't want/need subs at this time. Just want to ampilfy my speakers.

I got 4 4-way Premier 260Watt speakers in the celi. 6.5". if i get the GM-6150F, which is a 4channel 600watt amp from premier. would this make my speakers sound better? dumb question??? what would be the difference. my speakers sounds good right now. i have no amp right now. i guess its 150 watts per speaker with that amp, right? thats good or what? i just need some info. i can get the amp for 100. i wanna know if its worth it.
