My car's automatic 7A. I want either the 4A-GZE and manual swap. OR 4A-GE 20V Silvertop automatic:-) I know the silvertop has a very high compression ratio. 10.5 i think. I wanted to turbo later on. Is it possible to lower the compression ratio of this motor? How hard is it to do and how do u do it? Thanks.

the only thing im thinking about is which motor/tranny is best for me. i already have the money saved up for parts and to pay labor. my 7a will die soon. i have a bad feeling. so im ready to pay. theyre charging me 3,000 for the silvertop manual, 3,800 for the silvertop automatic. and 3,800 for the gze manual. i dont mind paying all that because my engine n tranny will die soon. especially my tranny. well i prefer auto because i know auto trannys well and i can manipulate them to act as manual almost. dont really know how to explain but a lot of ppl i race ask me if its stickshift. maybe its the way i drive, i dunno. so auto is fine and its less of a hassle. then again, i say that because i dont know manual. but i know many people that do, so i could learn easily. i love to learn. and the manual will probably last me so much longer, etc. the thing i worry about is when i get in near-collisions. lol. with an auto im like ok, well all i do is brake and even at that, i still almost crashed, now imagine me thinking about all the things i gotta do in case of a near collision. i dunno, again, its all mental because im sure when i learn ill be like 'damn, i cant believe i said that. driving stick is easy'. i know it becomes practical. but yea, i dunno, i know more people that have crashed with a manual than with an auto. lol. so its those three choices im thinking about. its not about talking less n doing more because all i gotta do is give the guy the "go-ahead". i wont be touching anything on the car. im paying someone to do it for me. im willing to spend up to those 4,000. thats my budget. so if its the 3,800 for the silvertop auto, thats great cuz i get auto and a badass all-motor high compression 4a. if its the 3,000, i get the silvertop manual which is cool too, cuz i save 1,000 dollars. even tho at this point, id rather waste the same amount as the silvertop auto for a gze. supercharged! omg, thatll be cool. FAQ, im dying to see more pics and vids of that motor in action man! let me know what u guys think. what should i get?
