 Vibratin steering wheel???, HELP HELP HELP |

I have winter tires on the car right now, I will be changing them next week. The car runs and handles perfect below 60MPH. But when I get on the highway the damn steering wheel starts to vibrate like crazy. What do u think is wrong?
Alighment? Balance (wheels)? -------------------- <<AKA THA RUSSIAN>>

also make sure the tires are not seperated in anyways (you would see a big bulge on the top of the tire or small.), and that they are not worn down.
