 Ok in the past i emailed this guy on ebay about his car...its a 3rd gen engine and all trac tranny in an st...i figured theres no way to use the alltrac tranny so i questioned him about it and he said the he used a steel plate to plate off the rear wheel drive on the tranny only allowing fwd and that all it needed to be driveable was some wiring...is this possible to plate off the tranny it doesnt sound like it to me seems like you would be loosing powerhere is the old link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...TRK%3AMEWA%3AIT This post has been edited by MonsterBOX: Jul 9, 2005 - 1:13 AM |

LOL, the rotational mass alone from the AWD would make it useless for FWD, get the motor sell the tranny and get the MR2 tranny. Then again from the sounds of it the guy doesn't know jack.
As for the turbo "upgrade" 26 is better than 20 duh, just like T25 is better than T3, j/k. |
