i live in miami............and i have a nice set of hpr5 with 225/45/18 tire...............the rims are very nice and all i want is $500..........the reson im selling them so low is that i want to sell the car so i would the buyers stock tires............if need more info email me at corvetemanny@yhaoo.com

The circumference of the wheel remains the same so it shouldn't effect the acceleration or speedo. The bigger the rim, the smaller the tire. For example: My 16's have 205 55 16 tires on them. His 18's have 225 45 18.
Edit: And if you're sporting 18's like those, you're going to be putting them on a show car, not a car you want to go fast in so acceleration doesn't matter too much. This post has been edited by RallyK: Jul 10, 2005 - 1:33 PM |
