 Car smells like gas., HELP!!! |

So here is my problem.
The car doesn't smell like gas when it's just standing and idling. But after a 5 min drive, when I come to a stop and turn off my car and get out of the car. Right at the time when I open the door there is always a scent of gasoline, and then it just goes away. Do any of you have a problem like that, and if its dangerous or not? I did the smelling thing and it doesnt smell inside of the car or when I open the hood. But when I poped the gas door open I got a pretty big sniff of gasoline. So I guess I'll need to replace one of the hoses in the rear. Well I might do it next week or something.
